Key cards deactivated unexpectedly!!! No air conditioning in the bathroom!!! Unpleasant odors and hot hallways made the environment uncomfortable. Parking lot lacks security due to surrounding run-down areas. Improve cooling systems and room maintenance!!!

It was just a commendable fit for a walk in the evening in Edmond with good value for price. The check-in staff was helpful when I arrived late and accommodated my request for extra pillows without hesitation. Make sure to check the breakfast options early as they run out quickly.

The beds were clean and comfortable, but the pool was filthy with trash, and we struggled to get up two flights of stairs. I probably wouldn’t go back.
